Projekt play rock and roll anthems. They play with energy. They prefer it when it's loud, but can play quietly. They sometimes play acoustically, and Biff uses his box to bang out a rhythm.
They have played all over: O2 Academy Islington, Proud Camden, Monto Water Rats Theatre, 333 Mother Bar, The Barhouse in Chelmsford, The Good Ship, The Bull and Gate, The Albany, Tommy Flynns, The Enterprise, Bethnal Green WMC, The Purple Turtle, The Rocket, The Gramaphone, The Cavern Club to name but a few.
Recorded in early January, their first demo instantly met with positive comments from punters and promoters alike and resulted in a nice batch of upcoming gigs.
They have now recorded a second demo (available for your listening pleasure at www.myspace.com/projektnorth) which shows a more developed sound, and have played loads of gigs - sometimes up to three a week.
Following a mini-tour of the UK. Projekt recorded the Ocean Passage EP and are due to release the title track on December 2008, available as a free download.
